Virtual Exhibitors: What to Expect

The 2021 virtual conference will be powered by ReAttendance -- a complete solution to bring the best features of in-person events right to your office or living room.  PubWest exhibitors will be assigned a virtual booth on the conference website.  When attendees enter (click on) a booth, they will be able to interact with any of the elements that an exhibitor has uploaded to the booth — essentially a micro-site.  This could be videos, demos, downloads, discount codes for later use, etc.

Exhibitors will be able to see everyone coming through their booth and welcome them via chat box and/or video.  Exhibitors have access to private rooms where they can interact face to face with interested attendees.

What happens when someone comes through my booth and me and my colleagues are busy with other attendees?  Great question! Every attendee has a business card.  When attendees come to a booth when the exhibitor is busy/unavailable, they will be prompted to leave their business card and the exhibitor can ping the attendee back when they are free OR set up a time to meet with them later in the day. Regardless, exhibitors can exchange business cards with everyone who comes to their booth.
