PubWest presented its 2025 Jack D. Rittenhouse Award to Paddy Calistro and Scott McAuley, co-founders of Angel City Press. The Rittenhouse Award was established in 1990 as a way to thank and honor those who have made an important contribution to the Western community of the book. Paddy and Scott accepted the Rittenhouse Award from John Szabo, City Librarian of the Los Angeles Public Library during the PubWest 2025 conference, February 12, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
