The 2025 Conference Scholarship Window is OPEN.

The Jack W. Swanson scholarship was established to bring a book publishing student, intern, or first- or second-year publishing-house employee to a PubWest conference.

The scholarship covers the conference fee and a $1000 stipend for travel, food, and accommodations. One winner will be chosen for the Jack W. Swanson scholarship. The application deadline is November 1, 2024; all applicants will be notified of their status by November 26, 2024.

*The Jack W. Swanson scholarship is nontransferable. Winner will be provided a ticket to the conference and $1000 to cover travel, food, and accommodations.
